PT. Bofatrindo Sukses started as the sole agent of Digital Filing System Workstation of Panasonic in 1988, the company had grown in many areas of multimedia and software.

In 1997 the Digital Media was founded to act as the brand name of all
PT. Bofatrindo Sukses products, which include multimedia CD and Kiosk, Internet, software and Information Technology. Its first project "Local Potential Resources and Regulations Guide CD-ROM" went a big success. The concept was to empower the local potentialities of the 27 Profinces of Indonesia. So far we covered 30 cities (Pemda DATI II) throughout Indonesia and still counting until now. Imagine the tremendous amount of data we had.

In 1999 Digital Media was honoured to have the opportunity to make an interactive CD-ROM of historical documentation of the Development Reform Cabinet. The goal is to give people information of what had been achieved by the Cabinet. Even the Former President Mr. Habibie him self delivered his exclusive speech inside the CD.

In December 2000 Digital Media just launched the first www.info-ri.com . The portal is a join operation with Badan Informasi dan Komunikasi Nasional (formerly known as Ministry of Information)
